#1.Vastu rules for new building construction

Firstly, the maximum weight should be kept in the southwest Direction. However, the other directions should be kept the minimum weight as compared to the South-West Direction.

Secondly, The maximum elevation should also be designed in the southwest direction. But, the other direction should be kept the minimum weight as compared to the South-West direction.

#2.Three Major Parts of Construction of new house/Building

Before starting any new construction, these Vastu rules should be applied to the major part of the building.

Construction of the plot is usually carried out in 3 stages, which are.

• Demolition
• Excavation
• Construction

Demolition:-

Demolition means pulling down or flattening any existing structure that exist on the plot. During the demolition, the existing weight on the plot reduces.

Therefore, the demolition process should start from the Northeast direction so that the northeast becomes lighter.

 

 

In this process, we should remember two important points. The first thing is the debris from the process of demolition should be kept in the North-West direction.

This will help to fast the removal of the debris from the property.

 

The second point is that any material that you wish to reuse from the debris should be kept in the SW direction. So that the heaviness in the SW direction is maintained.

Now we know the points to be considered in the process of demolition. Let’s move to the Excavation Process.

Excavation:-

In the process of Excavation, the ground is excavated (dug/unearthed) creating a pit in the ground. The excavation process should begin from the North-East direction so that the direction of the NE first to go lower and lighter.

This should be followed up by digging in the northwest direction then the South-East direction and in the end the South-West direction. If any excavated soil/stones or material that you plan to reuse, they should be stored in the southwest direction. The left material you wish to discard should be kept in the northwest direction.

 

Let’s know about the third stage which is construction. 

 

Construction:-

During this process, We construct a new structure for residence or workplace on the plot. This leads to increased weight on the plot.

Accordingly, the design of the new structure should be such that the southwest direction has maximum weight.

That is why, the process of construction should start from the South-West direction, then followed by SE, NW, and, in the end, NE direction.

 

#3.Vastu Tips (Construction of new house or building)

1. if you planning to have an underground water tank then first construct it in the NE directions and only then start any other work.
2. There is one very important point to be noted that Brahhmsathan (Center of the house) should always be kept open and airy.
3. Do not place any pillar, staircase, water tank, septic tank, or any sort of pit depressed area in the Brahmasthan.
4. Slopes of the house should be started from the South-West direction to the Northeast or east direction.
5. Debris should not be kept in the North-East direction.
